As a wedding photographer, I’m always excited for engagement sessions, but every so often, a session comes along that just clicks in the most magical way—and this one was one of those! Let me take you behind the scenes of a recent engagement session that had me smiling from ear to ear, and honestly, I couldn’t wait to share it with you all.
It doesn’t get more classic Los Angeles than Beverly Hills. The palm tree-lined streets, the sunshine-drenched atmosphere, and the glitz and glamour of Rodeo Drive. We wandered through iconic streets, visited The Beverly Hills hotel, and ended with a classic car on a palm tree lined street! Everything about their Beverly Hills Engagement session was perfection.
What I loved most about Galen and Patty’s engagement session wasn’t just the dreamy location or the car (though they were incredible). It was the vibes—the playful, carefree energy they brought to the day. These two were so in love, but more importantly, they were so much fun! From their inside jokes to their contagious laughter, you could tell they were completely at ease with each other. They made every moment feel natural and spontaneous, which always makes for the best photos.
