This Joshua Tree Engagement Session has what every photographer’s dreams are made of! Brian and Clarissa’s engagement session had beautiful and dreamy desert light, scenic views, cuddling, cute moments, and a gorgeous couple!

Lifestyle engagement sessions are some of my favorites to capture.

These two chose to rent an Air BNB in Joshua Tree, CA and we totally had to take advantage of the super adorable and boho-chic Air BNB they rented and get in some lifestyle engagement photos. Lifestyle engagement sessions are some of my favorite to capture. They are much more intimate and private. They are the perfect addition to any engagement session.

Joshua Tree truly is a beautiful vast place to capture engagement sessions!

After we captured all the goodness in the Air BNB we of course headed outdoors for the remainder of their session. If you have ever been to Joshua Tree National Park in CA, then you know how stunning a desert can be. There is something about the vast emptiness full of only joshua trees that just takes your breath away. Having all of that said, who wants to shoot at Joshua Tree Park next? Let’s do it 😉 I’m so ready for another Joshua Tree Engagement Session, it’s literally what dreams are made of… for photographers at least!

Clarissa and Brian booked me a few months ago at the peak of the Covid-19 crisis when they, unfortunately, had to change their date, leaving them on the search for a new photographer. I’m *so* glad they found me! We immediately connected and when Clarissa mentioned they wanted to shoot at Joshua Tree, CA I was all for it. She even bought me a bottle of wine, I mean, do I have the best clients or what? I digress, unfortunately, due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases here in California, they had to postpone a second time but I’m happy to say that I will be shooting their wedding in 2021!

Sadley, these two are not alone in the struggle of planning a wedding while dealing with Covid-19 but I hope that their Joshua Tree Engagement Session brings them joy through all of this pandemic craziness. It sure has had me smiling the last few days as I edited through their beautiful desert engagement session.
